安装 Superpowers

打开终端进入 Claude Code 后，运行：

# 添加市场
/plugin marketplace add obra/superpowers-marketplace

# 安装插件
/plugin install superpowers@superpowers-marketplace

等待安装完成。

重启 Claude Code，输入：

/plugin

向右移动到 Installed , 看到 superpowers ，说明安装成功。
